刘传勇，男，1969年5月生，德国蒂比根大学医学博士，生理学教授，博士研究生导师；山东大学本科生院院长。
1992年毕业于原山东医科大学医学系，获得医学学士学位，1995年在山东医科大学获得医学硕士学位，2001年赴德国蒂宾根大学学习，2003年获得医学博士学位回国；2006年入选教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划，2010年获得山东省自然科学杰出青年基金资助，2011年被评为山东省优秀科技工作者。
山东生理学会第十四届理事会理事长，教育部教学信息化与教学方法创新指导委员会委员，国家精品在线开放课程、教育部来华品牌课程负责人，山东省高校教学管理先进个人，山东省高校教学管理先进集体负责人。
主要研究方向为消化道的感觉、运动和免疫功能及其调控。主持国家自然基金面上项目（5项）、山东省自然科学杰出青年基金、教育部科学基础研究重点项目、博士点基金（博导类）等科研项目十余项，在Scientific Reports, British Journal of Pharmacology, Journal of Neurochemistry, European Journal of Physiology, American Journal of Physiology等国际学术期刊上发表学术论文50余篇。
